Business Consultant / Training Consultant / Insurance Covering North West or South East areas Up to 21,000 plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Our client provides a comprehensive range of services through its network of around 700 brokers, including both commercial and personal lines products from leading insurers and a range of niche market products from specialist markets.
They are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals who will be home based. The main purpose of this role being to assist customers in their use of a new proposition using company software.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide on site training for brokers to a level that will optimise their support. You will be required to maintain an excellent standard of company software product knowledge.
You will need to be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a minimum grade C in English and Maths. CII progress \ status would be beneficial, but not essential. You will have previous industry experience (either Broker or Insurer) and have worked in a client-facing environment, with experience of training proving advantageous, but not essential.
The post holder will thrive in this fast paced, pressured environment, meeting tight deadlines and be flexible and reactive in their approach to work. Previous experience of insurance systems/software would be an advantage. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a pre requisite in this client-facing role. Our client is looking for someone who can deliver results and drives for continuous improvement. This role would be perfect for an individual who can independently manage and deliver their own workload and can encourage and influence others to try new approaches.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to 21,000 (depending on experience), with potential 10% bonus, 22 days holiday (rising to 25 with service), pension scheme, life assurance, critical illness cover, car, fuel card, laptop, mobile.
There is a substantial amount of travel involved with these posts and therefore, you will need a full UK driving licence to be considered.
